Entering the cheese dimension

Dear ladies and gents,

we would like to welcome you to our modest slice of the Internet, “May the cheese be with you”. Within this little cheese sanctuary, we intend to thoroughly pick apart and analyse all things cheese. Mostly, we will be sharing recipes that include cheese in varying quantities. You will encounter terrifying Gorgonzola avalanches, the odd Roquefort tsunami, but also light spring Edam sprinkles and mild cream cheese breezes. You will be faced with the horrifying cheese spitting sirens, who will bewitch you with their alluring Parmesan scent. We will unleash the titanic cheese Cyclops, whose single eye can spot cheeses in hidden places miles and miles away. Let’s not forget the witch-goddess Circe, who weaves her spells with cheese, nor Medusa, who will turn you into cheese with a single, fierce glance. And when all is said and done, you will return home to the Lady of Cheese Island, Penelope, who will await you with platters above platters of all the cheeses of this world.

Did we just hear “cheese-obsession”? We can’t possibly fathom where you might have gotten that impression.

On a more practical note, a word of warning: We are two rather international gals, and need some multilingual challenges to keep us entertained, so we will alternate between Catalan and English posts. But fear not! The acutal recipe will always be in English.
